Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Certain items, such as intimate apparel and custom-made products, are not eligible for returns. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and a return authorization number.
Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, and include the return authorization number inside the package.
Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
If the return is due to a defect or error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Items:

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are returned after 30 days, items not in their original condition).
How to Exchange an Item:

To exchange an item, follow the return process outlined above and specify that you would like an exchange.
Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
If the new item is of a different price, we will either charge or refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
